ND Lemon Law Summary

In order to protect consumers from defective lemon cars this state has put in place the following lemon law.

North Dakota Lemon Law covers passenger motor vehicles and trucks 10,000 pounds GVW or less, normally used for personal, family or household purposes. The lemon law coverage period is the warranty period or 1 year. 3 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service.
