MO Lemon Law Summary
In order to protect consumers from defective lemon cars this state has put in place the following lemon law.
Missouri Lemon Law covers new motor vehicle, primarily used for personal, family, or household purposes. Does not include commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles or recreational vehicles. The lemon law coverage period is the Warranty period or 1 years. 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service.
