In order to protect consumers from defective lemon cars this state has put in place the following lemon law.

Mississippi Lemon Law covers vehicles used primarily for personal, family or household purposes. Excludes off-road vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles. Includes motor home chassis. The lemon law coverage period is the Warranty period or 1 years. 3 repair attempts or 15 business days out of service.
