MA Lemon Law Summary

In order to protect consumers from defective lemon cars this state has put in place the following lemon law.

Massachusetts Lemon Law covers all vehicles, except off-road vehicles, motor homes, motorcycles, and vehicles used for commercial purposes. The lemon law coverage period is 1 year or 15,000 miles. 3 repair attempts or 15 business days out of service.
