AK Lemon Law Summary

In order to protect consumers from defective lemon cars this state has put in place the following lemon law.

Alaska Lemon Law covers any vehicle having four or more wheels and is registered. By this wording Alaska Lemon Law includes RVs, but it does exclude off-road vehicles, tractors, and other farm vehicles. The Law covers new vehicles for 1 year or the warranty period. 3 repair attempts must be made or the lemon car needs to be out of service for 30 business days.
