CO Lemon Law Summary

In order to protect consumers from defective lemon cars this state has put in place the following lemon law.

Colorado Lemon Law covers private passenger vehicles including pickups and vans used to carry no more than 10 passangers. Motor Homes and motorcycles are not covered by this lemon law. The lemon law covers vehicles for the warranty period or 1 year. 4 repair attempts must be made for the same defect, or the vehicle must be out of service for 30 calendar days.
